The Hilton Head Airport provides on-island air travel options. American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines all fly to KHHH Daily from Charlotte, Atlanta, and Washington Dulles. Seasonal Flights include Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Reagan, , Boston, LaGuardia, and more. Please note that hotels and resorts on the Island do not have trams or buses from the airport, so you will need to arrange post-flight transit.
The Savannah/HH International Airport is much larger and has many more flights per day than the HH Airport. Air Canada, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, jetBlue, Silver, Southwest, United, and SunCountry all fly in to Savannah. Please note that this airport is located in Savannah, which is approximately 45 minutes from Hilton Head Island, so post-flight travel should be arranged.

Located conveniently next to the Hilton Head Airport, Hertz... exists. Doesn't rate as well as Enterprise but seems ok.
This location rates far better than the Hilton Head one.
